Legal Representation

I provide legal representation to private individuals and businesses in civil and criminal matters throughout the State of Ohio. I understand that my clients are busy with work and family commitments, so I make it a point to meet my clients at a time and location that is convenient to them. By leveraging modern technology, such as electronic mail, document scanning, encryption, and video conferencing, it is often possible to have productive meetings without travel. This allows for an efficient use of time.

In-Service Presentations

In addition to my traditional legal services, I also provide training and in-service presentations for residential property managers regarding Landlord-Tenant issues. The in-service presentations can cover any topic of particular interest to a company, or can be a general presentation regarding the most common issues that arise in the Landlord-Tenant relationship.  Topics covered include:

• Property & Business Management
